As part of a new agreement extension, NeoGames will give Caesars access to its Player Account Management System and related services. This agreement will run out annually unless either party chooses to terminate it.

Additionally, at Caesars' request, NeoGames will assist Caesars in moving from NeoGames' tech platform to its own. Nonetheless, NeoGames is assured of a net profit threshold throughout the duration of the partnership.

NeoGames just reported a 54% rise in Q4 revenue for 2022, totaling $69.2 million.

The net loss for 2022 was $800,000, a substantial decrease from the $3.6 million in the previous year. Meanwhile, adjusted EBITDA increased by 129% to $18.1 million.
