In order to provide a gambling awareness teaching initiative, the Rugby Players Association (RPA), Rugby Football Union (RFU), and Premiership Rugby (PRL) have partnered with Epic for a four-year period.

Epic will collaborate with these three organisations to educate players about problem gambling, the harm caused by gambling, "illustrating when and how to get help," and anti-corruption initiatives, building on the RPA's 2017 launch plan.

Richard Bryan, RPA Player Welfare Director, stated, "Epic assisted us in delivering the first gambling awareness education programme for elite athletes in the UK in 2017."

It's a big step to be able to expand on that partnership and provide a multi-year, in-depth programme with Epic, the RFU, and PRL for additional players.

The programming will be divided up year by year, with the Premiership clubs, Championship clubs, Red Roses squad, and men's and women's teams from England Sevens receiving it in years one and three.

The second and fourth years, on the other hand, will be dedicated to regional academies, which will include players aged 16 to 18, as well as all women's Premier 15s clubs and player populations.
